Clay Beck, from Truckee, CA recently passed away after a plane accident in the mountains near Truckee. This blog has been set up as a space to share thoughts & memories about Clay, and good wishes for the Beck family. Having met Clay and Lisa in October 2006, I can't consider myself a longtime friend. What I can consider myself though, is LUCKY to have met such a sweet, honest, authentically happy man. I helped out with caring for Parker for Clay and Lisa for some months. During that time, I came to know Clay as a deeply loving Dad and husband, and friendly, caring, optimistic man in general. His spirit is one to emulate - he followed his dreams and inspired many others to as well. Lisa - you will proudly raise your boys to know how special their father is.
